PM Property Lawyers volunteers down on the farm

The PMPL team recently helped out at a play scheme for autistic youngsters at Whirlow Hall Farm.

Sheffield Autistic Society runs the scheme in the summer holidays, to give the youngsters a chance to help out on the farm and enjoy the fresh air and (hopefully) sunshine. Property lawyer Joanne Darwin has been involved with the scheme for many years and this time she was joined for a day by colleagues Charlotte Barnes and Yvonne Gregor.

“The work that goes into this event every year is astounding. The kindness and generosity of everybody involved spoke volumes,” Yvonne said afterwards. “Spending time with these wonderful children was more rewarding than I could have imagined. I’d be happy to help out year after year.”

We also donated the proceeds from our regular dress-down day to the scheme plus Lego sets for everyone to enjoy.

The photo above shows Yvonne and Charlotte helping one of the youngsters on the bouncy castle.
